Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, these sessions provide a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where you can move at your own pace. Bring your mat, wear comfortable clothing, and get ready to unwind in a calm, supportive space.
Cost: $5 per session
Come alone, with a friend, or make it a weekly ritual to recharge, reset, and find your calm at the library.
