LIBRARY CARDS
- Applicants age 18 and older must have a government issued photo ID to receive a Morgan County Library Card
- Applicants age 17 and under, in compliance with Administrative Rules 15 CSR 30-200.030, Public Access Computers in Public Libraries, and 15 CSR 30-200.015, Library Certification Requirement for the Protection of Minors, must have a parent or guardian’s signature that gives consent for the minor to access, check out, view, and otherwise utilize all Library resources

- In compliance with Administrative Rules 15 CSR 30-200.030, Public Access Computers in Public Libraries, and 15 CSR 30-200.015, Library Certification Requirement for the Protection of Minors, parent or legal guardian must fill out the eCard application form (School application only) for anyone under the age of 18.
- Under section 570.210 RSMo. Any person who: Borrows or attempts to borrow any library material from a library by the unauthorized use of a library card shall be guilty of the offense of stealing under section 570.030.
- An opt out option is not acceptable (School application only).
- eCards are used to check out eBooks and eAudiobooks, access online resources, and place holds on items in our physical collection.
- eCards cannot be used to check out physical items from the collection
