December 11, 2025
Present: Mary Jo Jackson, Ann Brinson, Curtis Cunningham, Melissa Hedrick, Kathy Jones, Stacey Embry.
Absent: None.
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Mary Jo Jackson at 4:03 PM. It was held at 600 N. Hunter,
Versailles, MO 65084.
Public Comment: None.
Friends Report: Next meeting will be in January.
Minutes: Curtis moved, Melissa seconded, to accept the November minutes as presented. Motion carried.
Vouchers/Financial Report: Balance as of November 30, 2025, is $290,450.72. Kathy moved, Curtis seconded, to
accept the November report as presented. Motion carried.
Director’s Report: The CD at Citizens Bank will roll over to a new term. The painting is complete in the
renovation area; carpeting pending. The 2026 Annual Plan was presented to the board.
Old Business: Artist selection for the mural was tabled.
New Business: For the bulk of the meeting time, the trustees were trained in using Evergreen. (This training took
place after the official close of the meeting.)
Adjournment: Ann moved, Melissa seconded, to adjourn at 4:15 PM. Motion carried.
