Present: Mary Jo Jackson, Ann Brinson, Melissa Hedrick, Curtis Cunningham, Kathy Jones
Absent: None
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Melissa Hedrick at 2:00 p.m. It was held at 600 N. Hunter, Versailles, MO 65084
Minutes: Curtis moved, Mary Jo seconded, to accept the September 3rd minutes. Motion carried.
Closed Session: At 2:00 p.m, pursuant of Section 610.021.3, Curtis moved, Mary Jo seconded, to move to Closed Session. Motion carried by roll call vote as follows:
Curtis – Yes Ann – Yes
Mary Jo – Yes Kathy – Yes
Adjournment: Curtis moved, Kathy seconded, to adjourn at 4:00 PM. Motion Carried

Curtis moved to hire Christine Michele as Library director starting October 1, 2026.
Curtis moved to amend the minutes, with the hiring of a new library director. Christine Michele will be added to all financial accounts as Library Director effective 10/01/2026. Stacey Embry is removed. Melissa Hedrick and Kathy Jones will remain on the account in the same capacity. Kathy Seconded. Motion Carries
